Rain and rapidly changing conditions defined Round 5 of the US Sprint Enduro Series in West Virginia, where youth riders were challenged with slick terrain on Saturday before racing a cross-test-only format on Sunday while the enduro test was rebuilt for the afternoon pro races.

Despite the conditions, the youth classes delivered standout performances, with riders adapting quickly and pushing through mud, crashes, and changing lines.

⚡ YOUTH OVERALL / SUPER MINI SR

Hunter Hawkinberry – Super Mini Sr Winner

Hunter Hawkinberry (KTM) put together a strong and consistent weekend to claim the Youth Overall and Super Mini Sr win, building a cushion on Day 1 that held even after a challenging second day.

“I liked the track. Today it was kind of slick… I crashed the last test, but I was still able to gain some time,” said Hawkinberry.

Marshall Hauser and Maddix Wiggins rounded out the podium, with Wiggins rebounding from a tough midweek crash to secure third overall.

⚡ SUPER MINI JR

Donnie Ryan – Sper Mini Jr Winner

Donnie Ryan (KTM) continued his winning streak in Super Mini Jr, navigating drastically different conditions between the two days.

“Second day was super slick… I was washing the front tire a lot. First day was a lot better,” said Ryan.
“The woods test was so nice — good lines and really smooth.”

Weston Fredette and Owen Hutzel completed the podium.

⚡ 85 SR

Malachi York – 85 Sr Winner

Malachi York (KTM) charged to the overall win in the 85 Senior class, overcoming a strong push from Dylan Yeckley, who bounced back in the mud to make it close.

“I just went out there and locked in,” said York.
“I liked the mud — it felt good.”

⚡ 85 JR

Cash Knecht – 85 Jr Winner

Cash Knecht (GasGas) dominated Day 1 and held on through a slick and technical Day 2 to secure the overall.

“Today was just super slick. You had to keep it upright,” Knecht explained.

Mason Ramsey split wins across the two days to finish second, with Cason Knecht completing the podium.

⚡ GIRLS CLASS

Aubrey Tsakanikas – Girls Class Winner

Aubrey Tsakanikas (KTM) delivered another commanding performance, finishing well ahead of the field.

“It was fun on day two,” she said simply after the race.

Emma Carnes and Stanley Groves rounded out the podium.

⚡ 65 JR

Gracelynn Bunch Center Box Winner of the 65 Jr Class

Gracelynn Bunch (Yamaha) returned to the top step in the 65 Junior class with a strong overall performance.

⚡ 50 SR (Micro Overall)

Maverick Strang – 50 Sr Winner

Maverick Strang (KTM) led from the front and secured the Micro Overall win after battling through changing conditions.

“I had fun,” said Strang.
When asked about his favorite test: “The woods.”

⚡ 50 JR

Lane Geyer – 50 Jr Winner

Lane Geyer (KTM) went a perfect 1-1 on the weekend, showing consistency and confidence.

“I got to race with my friends,” said Geyer.
“Yeah, I’m going to do it again.”

⚡ TRAIL BIKE (7–11)

Ashton Ramsey #177Y winner of the Trail Bike Class

Ashton Ramsey (Honda) pushed through a tough first day and came back strong to take the win over her sister, Bailey Ramsey.

In one of the more relatable moments of the weekend, Ashton nearly called it quits on Day 1 — but stuck it out and finished on top.
